Rainhill Hall Hotel, with it’s elegant Georgian facade, nestled in the heart of Rainhill village, is set to host your 2026 Christmas celebrations.

Crystal chandeliers and festive decorations add a delightful touch of holiday spirit, amplified by our friendly and experienced team who are always on hand to ensure your time with us is truly memorable.

Our Christmas festivities include Party Nights, Santa Sundays, Christmas Day Lunch, Boxing Day Lunch and a festive menu to delight everyone.

Christmas Party Nights

Make this festive season one to remember with our spectacular Christmas Party Nights at Rainhill Hall.

Gather friends, family, colleagues or clients and celebrate in style with an evening packed full of festive food, entertainment and seasonal cheer.

Enjoy a 3 course meal, Arrival drink, and live entertainment from 7:30pm – Midnight, throughout December.

Rainhill Hall’s festive calendar is packed with delicious experiences:

Dine with Santa: With festive family dining and special appearances from Santa, our breakfast and lunch events are filled with seasonal treats, laughter and unforgettable moments for guests of all ages. From £22.95 pp (adult) & £18.95 pp (child)
Festive Menu (1st–30th Dec): Served daily in the restaurant, featuring dishes like Roast Turkey, Pan Roasted Cod, and Spiced Squash Wellington. 2 courses for £28 or 3 for £34.
Christmas Day Lunch: A luxurious 3-course meal with fizz, coffee, and truffles. £79 per adult, £39 per child (under 12).

Gluten-free and vegan alternatives are available upon request. Pre-orders may be required for certain events.

Christmas Terms & Conditions

Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 5 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Failure to provide a deposit may result in the release of your booking.
Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable or transferable. If numbers reduce after paying the deposit, the deposits cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost.
Full payment of the event is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date and is to be paid by one member of the party, individual payments will not be accepted. Failure of payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Final details including final numbers, special dietary requirements and meal and drinks package pre-orders are to be confirmed no later than 28 days prior to the event date. Failure of confirming meal pre-orders will result in the hotel selecting the standard menu for your whole party.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the hotel in writing. All deposits will be retained.
If the hotel receives your cancellation less than 28 days prior to the date of your event, full payment will be retained.
Whilst we are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, notice must be given to the hotel no later than 14 days prior to the event date. The menus detailed are set and menu options cannot be substituted.
The hotel reserves the right to change menus if necessary without prior notice.
The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers.
The hotel reserves the right to move events to a smaller or larger function suite should numbers dictate.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any festive events where minimum numbers are not reached. In this instance an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
Groups of less than 8 may share a table with other parties. Groups of 10 or more are normally catered for at more than one table.
Restrictions may apply to children at certain events.
Only a limited number of bedrooms are available at the Christmas and New Year accommodation rates and all offers are subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee accommodation bookings at the time of booking.
Cancellation for individual rooms are 3pm the day prior to arrival, for groups of 10 rooms or more and residential packages a 4 week written cancellation is required. Failure to cancel accommodation bookings will result in 100% cancellation charges.
All offers are subject to availability.
All package details are correct at time of going to print but may be subject to alterations without prior notice.
The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.
No smoking is allowed in the hotel, including the use of vapes.
No food or drink may be brought onto the hotel premises by guests. The hotel reserves the right to confiscate items. No food is to be removed from the premises either, due to food hygiene standards.
The Chapel is on the first floor which does not have lift access. There is a flat access route for wheelchair users and we are happy to accompany you on this route.
